forrest tries to be goofy and makes jokes about himself all the time, but this vid really showed his “smart” side..

I love how he has a chart of his planed workouts and what he actually does, then grades himself based on actual stats.. other people would just pull a number out of their ass and say, ‘when i lost i gave around 60%, this time i’ll be 100%’

I feel the same way….Silva has the skills to beat Forrest, but I thought the same thing when Shogun and Rampage fought Forrest.

I think its really to Forrest's favor that it's a 3 round fight...

If he can get the takedown and win a round or two based on position control, he has a real sho here. Anderson will have to be more agressive since its a shorter fight as well.
