he did well on the ground against a multiple time jiu jitsu world champion, he defended those submissions well, and won the fight..
I don’t see why he can’t do good against other jiu jitsu guys..

You mean clowned by one of the top jj in the world? So was everyone else at the mundials. By this logic, the entire bjj talent pool is a joke.

Jason High
is a crafty grappler, and did better than I thought. Monson is just too good at using his weight/ strength, and uses that to pass and maintain good posture.
At least Jason didn’t get
