UFC 102 Post-Fight: Randy Couture and Antonio Rodrigo Noguiera Talk About Their Fight
Promoted from the FanPosts by Kid Nate.
Last night, Antonio Rodrigo Noguiera won a unanimous decision over Randy Couture in what may be considered to be one of the best fights of the year. During the post-fight press conference, Minotauro talked about his victory, and the arm-triangle that almost finished the fight in the second round:

I tried my best, but Randy has good technique in (his) escape. I felt like I had Vaseline on my glove from the (earlier) punch, and he did a very good escape. He walked back to get off.
For sure, that fight was one of the most important fight(s) of my life. It wasn’t a title shot, but it was a fight against one of my heroes, a legend in the sport.
Randy Couture also spoke about the loss, crediting Noguiera's boxing as the difference maker in the fight:
I’m pretty rational about the performance. I clearly thought he’d won all three rounds. He knocked me on my keester in at least two of the rounds and had mount a couple of times. He definitely won the fight.
He’s got a great jab. He followed it with some pretty good right hands tonight. Obviously, I thought I could do better on my feet than I did with him and he hit me with some good shots... I think I did a lot of things well and I got caught a few times and I think that’s a nod to Nogueira. He had a great night.

Just utter class
While Lesnar is a beast, for me personally, and this is just my personal feelings/opinion, but I would like to see champions show more class like these two. While I don’t think Nogueira could beat Lesnar, I would still like to see Lesnar vs Nogueira.

both very classy individuals
love both guys. i wasn’t a Big Nog fan until i saw him as a coach on TUF. but he handles himself so well, and so humbly, that you have to like the guy. while Randy is my favorite fighter — and i wish he’d won last night — there’s no shame in losing to Big Nog.

i call bullshit on ‘nog is getting ko’d regularly in practice’…not the journalist but his anon. source. he took huge shots last night which didn’t faze him at all and hasn’t looked that good since cc. if that really was the truth he wouldve dropped last night, but what do i know anyway

It came from his own camp, which from the start led me to believe it was bullshit [no offense Rome, it’s I don’t see a guy from his own camp giving out bombshells like that]

I was very impressed with Nog’s English.
