Randy is looking in great shape, and from what has been reported Nougeria is also in great shape! I really hope this fight goes Randy’s way…but Nougeria is looking for a big win as well!

I really hope if Randy does lose he choose to stray away from the Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn-esc fighting nobodies until they get arthritis…

Nog was saying is is getting trimmer like around his pride weight,but dam randy looks in good a shape as he did against gonzaga

I hope Nog is just as ready, but the rumors are scary, I try to ignore them…but he really has been getting Ko’ed in sparring frequently…he needs to hang it up after this. It’s bad enough to go through a couple of bad KO’s in fights (ala Chuck Liddel) but when it happens in sparring and in fights, that accelerates the damage on the brain exponentially.

And Randy won’t ever turn out like them, I garuntee that. Those guys need money, Randy is set for life. He has acting (the one MMA acting career that looks like it’s taking off), Xtreme Couture, and announcing. The UFC won’t let him go, he’s been a great asset to them, despite past differences, I think he’s going to be very well taken care of.

I keep hearing

that Nog’s been getting KO’d in sparring, where exactly are these rumors coming from? Source anyone?

And by who? By guys like JDS, Anderson, Machida, Rogerio, etc.?

First I heard of this was in a post by KidNate. I find it hard to believe that a guy goes from never being KO’d to being KO’d regularly in sparring. I have become skeptical of anything I hear or read about any fighter leading up to a fight.

No homo here, but his pecs are freaking toned. He looks AMAZING for his age. Hopefully the skill is still there, if he’s that ready, then a rematch with Brock is a viable option.

Randy looks in phenomenal shape. In his fight with Lesnar he looked like he had aged by 5-10 years. Now he looks like he did against Gonzaga and Sylvia if not better.

He did look less defined. I really think it had more to do with spending a year in litigation and other bullshit instead of training, but he looks in better shape now.
