I agree
I think we should start a war and get this thing to three hours.

seriously. it was amazing how fast they made the switch the last time… i think for the omaha fight night? weoweoweo should start another twitter blitz. i’d do it but i’m not on that godforsaken site.
yeah
i hate Twitter, but we could use facebook connections, and I can use my radio show to get people out there to write spike tv. We only have like 3 weeks to get t hat taken care of, because it is highly annoying knowing that we may not see 7 fights period as it is. At least let us see Stann/Cantwell III

We can use these outlets to actually get enough people to petition to get this thing up to 3 hours. It worked for UFN 13, and this is a better card. Just for the love of humanity, if you call or email Spike be professional and just let them know that we deserve a 3 hour card/

What the hell else is Spike gonna show for that extra hour that draws more viewers that the UFC…Cops?
This is a really, really excellent card, especially for more knowledgeable fans. I’m not so sure Philipe is ready for Sam Stout, though. That guy is a bad ass. The second fight between him and Fischer is one of the best fights I’ve ever seen.

Nover’s got some cajones.

Also, this fight should be a war.

Sounds risky for Nover...
It seems reasonable that another loss would push this promising prospect out of the UFC. Further, a fight against Stout (on 4 weeks notice) is no cake-walk at all. I’m not sure if this is a wise move.
I was thinking the same thing as well. As a Filipino myself, I am cheering for Nover to win, but Stout is no slouch. Besides a decision, I can’t really see how else Nover would win this fight.
Well, I’m not Filipino and I like Nover, too! =>
I don’t think he is ready for Stout, who is just that….stout.
If he loses this fight do you think he will be protected some by the fact that he took it on a months notice? Plus, lets face it, TUF won him quite a few fans since he is a really cool guy and all.
As for Nate Diaz, well, lets go Melvin! I hate the classless Diaz brothers. That and the fact that Melvin has really turned his life around, kind of hard not to root for him.

As far as Nover staying in the UFC if he loses, it really is a tossup. The thing that he has going for him is that he is Filipino, and the UFC does plan to have an event in the Philippines sometime in the future, and one would think that the UFC would want him on that card. However, he will have three losses in a row which spells ‘release’ for most UFC fighters. If he loses, I can see them cutting him, him winning some fights on smaller shows, and then when they have the card in the Philippines, they will probably bring him back.
I like Guillard as well. Actually, Nate Diaz is one of my personal top 5 most hated fighters (Dan Hardy being number 1). Ironically, I have no problem with his brother, Nick, but I just can’t stand Nate (don’t get me wrong though because I think that Nate is a great fighter, but I just hate his personality).
Question...
Besides the earlier days when there weren’t as many marquee fighters available, was there anyone ever to go 0-3 in the UFC and still get a fourth fight without having to pick up wins somewhere else first?
On a side note
I seriously think that the main event should be Maynard/ Huerta.

The time has come finally. I’ll be fighting a very tough and experienced Sam Stout on Sept 16th on UFN 19 in Oklahoma. I’ve been training hard for the past few weeks. I got the call to fight around 5 pm Tuesday. I immediately said yes. This will be a true test of my skill. I’m taking the fight on only a 4 week notice. Which Practicality means only 21 to 24 days of actual training camp. I respect Stout as a fighter and I’ve trained with him before. I really need to get in that cage already and fight! The time has come! I’m so focused! I’m so ready! Lets do this!!!
