“I was on my way of winning that fight and i got caught” I didnt have the 1st round scored for randy nor the 2nd up until the finish but thats me. Brock has improved and so has his GNP. If does to randy what he did mir id hate to see the damage inflicted. I dont think a 45 year old should take many of those shots.

I don’t think anyone scored it for him. Agree or disagree, I think his game plan was over time to tire Brock out and win later, I do think Brock breathing heavy supports the idea that it was working, but Brock was hitting him too much, he was eventually going to go down taking that many shots.

The kind of wrestling tricks against Mir won’t work against a very good wrestler. Of course Brock can win other ways. I’m interested in seeing the rematch, as much as people always remark that a rematch will look the same as the first, that is almost never the case. Usually both sides make adjustments, and even if the same guy wins it’s usually different than the first fight.

i agree with your assumptions and randy is a very good wrestler but Brock has evolved and there is no telling how long down the line this fight takes place. The more time it takes the better Brock that will show up. Couture is a Legend but he is not going to improve that much the rest of his career. He will make adjustments and improve just not dramatically. Randy is a master game planner and im sure he has some ideas of how to expose Lesnar but he landed some clean hits and brock seemed to walk right threw them. He went for his back and Brock threw him off. I just think at this point in his career and Brock’s size speed and athleticism added to his wrestling ability being able to counter Couture’s strongest asset is too much for the veteran to overcome. With that said if anybody could do it it would be Randy Couture.

Wait until after the Nog fight

I have a sneaking suspicion that Randy will not be fighting at HW again after the Nog fight.
