damn iv seen this video before a while ago as a fan of mma i think the casual fans deserve to see this. strikeforce, coker, showtime, m1, please put this add out there. the commercial from the other night is good but there can be tons of those made with a blueprint from this video. awesome vid!

Great video, his GnP is flat wicked. Are his throws a result of Sambo? I forgot had bad of a beating Nog took during his fights. Still the #1 HW but his days are numbered.
