The over the top "are you up the challenge, recruit?" tough guy shtick from Couture (likely included because Sports Illustrated asked for it) is wholly unnecessary, but the one-arm Australian pull-ups Randy does alone make the video worth watching.

Randy still looks really lean for HW. I was hoping he could put on some more mass for this fight. I guess that is just not going to happen.

Broke one of the bones in his forearm in the Gonzaga fight. Continued to fight.

randy couture v.s nogureia will be the best main event of the month hands down. plus 101 did not deserve espn coverage or anything special this fight and card is so much more stacked and better than it.
