Mike Ness FTW
That is all.

I have seen more than a few of these lumbering around Minneapolis. You can probably imagine what the guys wearing them look like.

I'm thinking
a five foot nothing little 90 pound nerd. Probably looks like a tool in the shirt too.
Lol...
His “submission attempts” in the top video crack me up. Talk about sloppy, I don’t think we will get to see much of those from Brock come Saturday night.

At least he is aware of subs now, and he has a ton of power behind his subs.
Keep firing Assholes!
Out out, you demons of stupidity!
True,
but, without proper technique power is usless, if a submission isn’t tight everywhere it won’t work. But I do agree, atleast he is trying the basics. It’s where we all start out.

Thats not entirely true. Brocks incredible strength should help him close the gap on his lack of technique. I’m not saying he’ll be submitting people left and right, but his power isnt 100% useless.

Sometimes the best way to learn to defend something is to learn how to throw it. Even rudimentary submission defense helps Brock immensely, since he had somewhere around zero the last time he fought Mir.

well lashley did get a submission using brute strength haha.
and lesnar did make his opponent tap in his first mma fight. so it’s not all that impossible… just almost impossible.. haha..
wouldn’t it be great though if he taps mir? hahaha.

Nice Artwork!
Man… all the paintings in that video reminded me of middle-school art projects. I sure hope he didn’t pay someone for those.
I would not want to be his training partner, some of those guys were taking shots. Lesnar is a meatball, but it’s fun watching him donkey kong people.

can't get those 3 minutes back..
I was hoping for some real training footage, maybe a little interview… 3 minutes of bad drawings and stop action video…fail
the comment posting on these vids...
is so entertaining. the quality is so much better and humor is awesome! mmajunkie’s are just too meatheadish for my liking, for the most part. bloody elbow ftw
I guarantee he hurts training partners all the time...
Look at how he’s practice hurting the people, not the technique. He trains like a white belt.

I do not think his striking technique is close to perfect as they assert
Perhaps it’s because he is just so big but there is no fluidity in his punching. And the retraction that his stiking coach is talking about looks very ‘forced’. I think if he could smooth out his straight right it would be even more powerful, not saying it’s not powerful already but I think there’s a lot of room for improvement on technique. They should ake him watch Thomas Hearns throwing straight rights, not that he can momic it but he will be able to see how maximum power is generated.
Sorry should check the spelling that should have been....
…… ’ …. make him watch…’ and it should have read ‘mimic’ not ‘momic’
