Im excited Tito trains hard, and with the addition of freddy roach it should help titos standup ALOT. Tito with good boxing could be very very dangerous.

lol

I’ll believe his “improved stand-up” when i see it.

by FredPancake on Jul 31, 2009 6:25 PM EDT up reply actions

I thought he “STARTING” to work with roach. So we wont see any better standup till his fight with coleman. In i fight i think hell crush coleman. Coleman has a terrible terrible gas tank in his old age and
tito is known to have some of the best cardio in the buisness.

by JaTinkles on Jul 31, 2009 6:36 PM EDT up reply actions

but as Coleman proved in the Bonnar fight, he is still strong enough to grab you, drag you to the ground, and lay on you “playing possum,” and get enough done to win on points.

by mason_beer on Jul 31, 2009 6:41 PM EDT up reply actions

haha true but tito is alot stronger than bonnar and his wrestling is much better.

by JaTinkles on Jul 31, 2009 6:46 PM EDT up reply actions

i didnt factor in the “playing possum” tho. Tito better train for that or hes gonna get caught.

His standup looks godawful against the heavy bag.

I’m not sure why but I like Tito. He was the first face I recognized in the UFC and he seems like a nice guy in his TUF stint.
I’m glad he’s back and I’ll be rooting for him.

He earned my fandom in TUF, he seems like a nice guy and a good trainer.

Good stuff. Hopefully he comes back stronger than ever. Roach can only help him which is awesome. GnP will always be his bread and butter though. I wouldn’t mind seeing him go and train with GSP and Firas.

GSP: I pulled my groin.

Greg Jackson: I don't care Georges! HIT HIM WITH YOUR GROIN!

he’s a Cali bad boy, wouldn’t he fit perfectly with that whole crew of the Diaz Bros, Sheilds, Melendez, et al.

“Next day is tomorrow, baby.”

Indeed, Tito. Indeed.

Tito says that he hasn’t done sh-t for over a year, and then at the end, he applauds himself for working his core for the past two months. The man is a walking contradiction.

Being overrated is overrated.

I am looking forward to more vlogs Tito

Nice Video...

….but did they have to do slow-motion replays of his VOMIT coming out? Was there a point to that aside from grossing everyone here out?

How is THAT supposed to tell us that Tito is back? Did he vomit alot back when he was here the First time? lol.

by MetsGod on Jul 31, 2009 11:23 PM EDT reply actions

it’s just to prove that he has not done any training in so long that now that he is training his body is overwhelmed

If you're not vomiting, you're not training hard enough.

Just because you don’t see it in UFC All Access doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.

A friend had a poster with a hudge buff dude standing over a little pile that said, “SQUATS TIL YOU PUKE.”
