Im excited Tito trains hard, and with the addition of freddy roach it should help titos standup ALOT. Tito with good boxing could be very very dangerous.
I thought he “STARTING” to work with roach. So we wont see any better standup till his fight with coleman. In i fight i think hell crush coleman. Coleman has a terrible terrible gas tank in his old age and
tito is known to have some of the best cardio in the buisness.
but as Coleman proved in the Bonnar fight, he is still strong enough to grab you, drag you to the ground, and lay on you “playing possum,” and get enough done to win on points.
His standup looks godawful against the heavy bag.

I’ll take the bag at -250.

At the beginning he hadn’t done anything in a year. At the end he hadn’t done anything in a year and a half. And at the very end he has been working his core for 2 and a half months.

I’m not sure why but I like Tito. He was the first face I recognized in the UFC and he seems like a nice guy in his TUF stint.
I’m glad he’s back and I’ll be rooting for him.
Good stuff. Hopefully he comes back stronger than ever. Roach can only help him which is awesome. GnP will always be his bread and butter though. I wouldn’t mind seeing him go and train with GSP and Firas.
GSP: I pulled my groin.
Greg Jackson: I don't care Georges! HIT HIM WITH YOUR GROIN!
Nice Video...
….but did they have to do slow-motion replays of his VOMIT coming out? Was there a point to that aside from grossing everyone here out?
How is THAT supposed to tell us that Tito is back? Did he vomit alot back when he was here the First time? lol.
If you're not vomiting, you're not training hard enough.
Just because you don’t see it in UFC All Access doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.
A friend had a poster with a hudge buff dude standing over a little pile that said, “SQUATS TIL YOU PUKE.”
