Bloody Elbow Reader Map: Meet Locally for UFC 101 and WEC 42

Around major events there is a scattered desire to meet with fellow readers, but this desire is hampered by the lack of knowledge as to where other users may be. The goal of this map is to indicate if there are any like-minded individuals, in reasonable proximity, who would be inclined to gather in a group setting for an event, in this case UFC 101 (August 8) and WEC 42 (August 9). It is then up to you to seek out these individuals. We can subsequently announce any resultant meetings to help facilitate their expansion.

If interested, please see the extended entry on how to find yourself onto the reader map. You do not have to hold a desire to gather with other BE users to be on it, as it is intriguing in its own right to see where everyone is from. NB: You can also be added to the list of those going to either UFC 101 and WEC 42 in person.
To be added to the map:
1) In the subject line of your comment enter "Yellow" or "Blue".
Yellow markers are for those who are interested in meeting up with others. Blue markers are those who are not. (Red are for staff.)
2) In the body of your comment enter your location.
It is just that easy. I will reply to your comment to let you know you have been added.
Note: To make it simple for a fellow reader to reach you it is advised that you update your Bloody Elbow profile to include a piece of contact information. All yellow markers on the map, at least, will contain a link back to your BE profile and it would be helpful to have a public email address, Facebook, or even MMA Playground profile listed.

I went to Fletcher’s a while back and it was hard to find a spot where you could see the screens without a bunch of middle-aged douchebags on the prowl getting in your way. But the only other places in the area that seem to show the PPVs are Hooters. Blech.

Usually it’s the club kids from the 2nd floor shows getting in the way; if they remove the pool tables (which they have been promising to do for some time) it should create more space in the front bar for socializing and sports viewing.
