UFC 100 Fan Expo Updates

If you are heading to Las Vegas for UFC 100, you now have more to do before the main event begins. On July 10th and 11th the first UFC Fan Expo should be your shelter from the desert sun. It has been recently announced that the grappling tournement which spans both days at the Expo, sponsored by Grapplers Quest, will also feature notable 'Superfights':

In the headline Superfight on Friday, July 10th, mixed martial arts pioneer Rumina "Moon Wolf" Sato faces Ulysses "Useless" Gomez. Also in action on Friday, July 10th, against an opponent to be determined, will be The Ultimate Fighter 8’s Vinicius Magalhaes. On Saturday, July 11th, the action continues with a match pitting four-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champion and WEC contender Fredson Paixao against 22-time Grapplers Quest champ Jeff "Pipelayer" Glover, and an intriguing showdown between UFC lightweight contender Joe "Daddy" Stevenson and Bill "The Grill" Cooper. The Superfight doubleheaders on both days begin at 2pm.

The next season of The Ultimate Fighter (it is up to 10) will also be featured in the festivities:

All 16 cast members, including Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson, will be unveiled on Friday, July 10 at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT local time) before signing autographs from 11 a.m. to noon PT at the UFC Fan Expo.

A list of fighters who will be in attendance at the Expo is in the extended entry.

I will be wandering around the Expo in an attempt to solicit signatures for Bloody Elbow's first betting game prize package. You can follow any trouble I get into on Twitter.
