Lol the return of the playground…do they love kids that much?
The more I hear Fedor the less I think he cares about Americans fans. He doesn’t care that much about his legacy, he won’t change his ways just to please UFC fans. He couldn’t care less about being undisputed as he doesn’t even consider himself as the n°1 in the world. We will, but I’m not holding my breath. Do we have any chance to get Barnett by the way? We could do a couture barnett 3 (or is it 2?).
anyone know his actual living situation? just curious where all the millions are going. his managers? certainly not spending it on the training center. :)
Well they say he still drives the same old Toyota he received from the city as a gift of honor , he remains pretty humble I guess . But I’m sure that with his book , t-shirts and all the Pride and Affliction fights he’s definitely wealthy. He can probably already retire when u think about it…
Arlovski one of his toughest fights ...?
Why did Fedor choose Andrei as one of his toughest fights over Fujita or Randleman or even Mark Hunt ? (even Choi Hong Man landed bigger punches). I mean maybe technically it was a hard fight but certainly not physically…
Because AA was a tough match up for him
AA has better footwork and faster hands than Fedor which gave him a match up disadvantage on the feet. AA has had a strong takedown defense so he couldn’t just take the fight on the ground to press his advantage. He had to wait for AA to make a mistake before going on offense . . . luckily he is Fedor and ended the fight one second after AA mistake.
I tend to believe Fedor is more comfortable with guys who like to grapple because in an almost 10 year career he has proved he is virtually unbeatable in MMA and Sambo in grappling contests.
“I read that Dana says they’ll get Fedor and make Fedor vs. Brock and it’ll be great. Better get a new plan after Aug 1st” – Josh Barnett

He is the best at interviewing people. He asks all the questions that I really want to hear.
