Nick Diaz was definitely higher than a motherfucker… Wes Sims, count your blessings that you are even able to promote TUF 10. Love Roy Nelson’s attitude, if Brendan Schaub doesn’t win it… I’ll be rooting for Roy.

Tito Ortiz needs a business class, then he needs a speech coach. I think Tito can still fight but he is so self centered, arrogant, and narcissistic it’s almost sad. I don’t want MMA to follow boxing, boxing has been a mess for 15 years now. Tito needs to stop talking and start fighting.
Nick Diaz is great. I think he has reached a permanent high. Someone give his cardio and training habits to BJ Penn please. I like Nick carrying the extra pounds, think that it’s better than his huge weight cuts. Judging from the video and his posture, I don’t think he like media attention at all. He fight cause he loves it.
I would kill to have Fabers life!
Anyone else hoping Wes Sims get curb stomped? I like how he struggles more than Tito to form sentences. Wes talking shit about Big Jon….sigh. “I ain’t sayin shit!” he should trademark that line.
Roy Nelson is a friend of mine. He borrows tools from my garage and doesn’t return them. When we BBQ he always eats the last 2 pieces of food no matter how hungry the women are. He leaves his toe nail clippings in his truck, on the passenger seat, for days. But I still love the guy. OK OK My friend isn’t named Roy it is Tim but damn I swear they are the same person.
Fighter interviews really make me appreciate the on camera abilities of Mir/Kenflo/Couture.

After watching the Q&A with Dana White, I have such a new found respect for the guy. He’s just so incredibly real and straightforward and doesn’t beat around the bush when it comes to question’s about Fedor and Affliction. I really couldn’t imagine the UFC without him and I hope he is still around by the time I join. Oh, and to quote Dana White, “Tom Atencio is a fucking loser!” That made me LOL for like five minutes straight.
