We're getting a number of fights people have anticipated for years, along with really neat fights like Gina-Cyborg and Forrest-Anderson. Dude, if even most of those fights transpire as scheduled then August will probably be the most stacked month of MMA action that I’ve ever seen.

Mainstreaming alert
The fight that looks to have the most mainstream appeal and that will probably garner the most attention is the carano cyborg match. Not just because of the “if women can do that, this sport might be alright” angle, but Gina is a pretty mainstream face too. The attention that the fight will create will be great for the sport in the long run.

But I’m doing a little happy dance in my office right now just thinking about all these fights!

![Chris Tuchscherer talks about the lack of answers he received from Oregon State Athletic Commission:
"I asked the doctor many times what would happen if I can't continue. 'Is it a no-contest? What happens here?' And the doctor and the ref couldn't tell me. They kept passing the buck on to each other out there, so no one could tell me what was going on."
About that time, Lesnar came cageside to check on Tuchscherer. The heavyweight champ first inquired on his training partner's health, at which time Tuchscherer told him he thought, "My [testicle] is up inside my body."
