UFC 100 Preview: Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping
"Bisping is no better on his feet that I am. He definitely doesn't have more power than I do. The only thing Bisping has going for him is his cardio."
"I'm a better fighter, more experienced. I just want to make sure my conditioning is there."
"When I watch Henderson, I don't see a problem for me to be honest. I've learned how to deal with wrestlers. I know 20 ways to get back up to my feet. Now I'm virtually impossible to hold down."
"I very rarely get hit. I'm going to be too quick for Henderson. I haven't been knocked out. Henderson is slowing down. There's no reason why I shouldn't win the fight, if I fight at my full potential."

another TeamQuest gameplan is being cooked up
in case anyone has been trying to summon the spirit of Sun Tzu, he’s been busy lately working with Dan.

I’ve done what I could.
"I see him beating Anderson Silva. I see him picking him apart. Him at a 131 years old...(trails off)." - Tito Ortiz on Vitor Belfort at Affliction:DOR

I also guarantee you that Bisping's game plan
involves a lot of time on his bicycle, circling away from Dan’s right hand.
He’ll be happy to pitty pat his way to a decision, but honestly, “Decision” Dan has some karma coming his way in that department.

This would be the fight where I’m more excited about the result than the fight itself.

Apparently Bisping forgot how about that big shot he took from Elvis Sinosic…
While that was a long time ago, I think it’s funny that a guy says, “I’ve never been knocked on my ass, never been knocked out…” Elvis put him on his back with a knee to the chin…
Regardless, I think this one has snoozefest written all over it. That being said, I’d be more surprised if Bisping finished Henderson than vice-versa…

I think it’ll be a snoozefest, and I think Bisping will come out with the ‘w’.

"Now I'm virtually impossible to hold down"
Hahahahahahaha
Sorry Bisping, I’m a fan but that is a bit much. I think Okami could hold you. Even Koscheck, Hughes & GSP and they are smaller. maybe not from guard but from a good takedown where they get half guard/side control.

![Michael Bisping trains with Rampage Jackson [at the 1:20 min mark]
"Rampage has just arrived in the county a couple days ago, so we're just starting to get down to all that now. He's showing me some good drills, some stuff I've been working on but you know slightly more specific stuff to do with it, that's already helping."
"I'm sure Rampage has a lot to offer, nobody knows Wanderlei like Rampage. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks and getting a few golden nuggets of information."

![Michael Bisping knocking people out in sparring:
"Bisping has been engaging in hard sparring sessions over the last couple of weeks and our source says he "has knocked two of sparring partners out that we brought in for him. I mean clean out, proper sleepy-time knockouts" . One of those two sparring partners is known to have outweighed him considerably."
"Fighters Only has also learned that professional boxers and MMA fighters of considerable experience have been employed as sparring partners, and the reports from these closed-door sessions - which are conducted at fight or near-fight intensity - indicate that Bisping is at his all-time peak as a fighter."
