You mis-spelled Yoshihiro's last name
It’s S-E-X-Y.
Due to Cheick Kongo's atrocious takedown defense....

Great work, but a quick question – are these pics not copyrighted by someone? I mean, don’t you need permission to use these, especially if you’re associating them with BE? When pics are generally used on BE posts, isn’t proper credit given to the “owner?” I’m not trying to start anything or accuse anyone of anything. It’s simply a genuine question.

the premise is that when you create a new work
that the source materials are just that, source materials. The AP vs the Obama Hope poster artist is likely to be the case that decides the precedent on that.
If our courts still believed in copyright as having a primary function of increasing the public good, there would be no question. But the specious notion of “intellectual property” reigns today.

not to bust eugene’s balls, but agree with this.
given the likelihood that the photos could’ve been taking by other folks in the mma “community”, despite your opinions on copyright, it’s always a classy move to credit the photographers, when you’re borrowing their work for your own (even if you don’t stand to profit from it).
nevertheless, the new pieces are nice. particularly like the text based one.

very impressed!
not to say that there isn’t a level of skill that goes into all the BE wallpapers, this is the first time i’ve been genuinely impressed. awesome job!
I'm the kind of girl who loves to watch a GOOD fight!

The polaroids are best in this series.. It’s real good, but Im still waiting for something as great as the stuff you did in 98.. Those were the best work you’ve done by far. Plus, it’s machida, so that made me real happy haha.

As long as he classifies it as ‘fan art’ I dont think there’s a lot UFC can do.

Fuck right.
In the spirit of Mr. Thomas, Eugene is slaying fools by the baker’s dozen.
