this might help when you talk about (or bash) Limp Bizkit,

Fred Durst on the Limp Bizkit cancellation.

Facts- Limp Bizkit did NOT, in any way, cancel the UFC100 concert in Las Vegas. Truth is UFC and Interscope records could not come to an agreement on certain DVD rights. With all respect to Mandalay Bay, The UFC were also unhappy with LB’s decision of wanting to switch the performance from the Beach at Mandalay Bay with its inappropriate layout for a heavy rock concert with Limp Bizkit, basically a stage in front of a pool, to a more standard concert venue also located at the mandalay Bay which was the House Of Blues. The UFC expressed they wanted a “party vibe” for this event and would not settle for any venue besides the Beach for this and other reasons. First, LB would like to confirm we are HUGE UFC fans and will always be, but feel it is unfair for UFC to falsely confirm and advertise that Limp Bizkit will be performing to only change their minds after many people have rearranged their lives and bought tickets to be in Vegas for this special concert. On
that note we are proud to announce that we will still be performing on the same night out of respect for our fans. The details of when and where will follow shortly after this post. Again, all respect to UFC for inviting us in the first place. We will continue to support the UFC because it is our favorite MMA event. Stay tuned.

Sincerely,
Limp Bizkit

LOL "Tragic News"

I clicked that link expecting something really horrible. I could care less about L.B.. I personally have never been a fan of bands playing MMA venues. Its a fight not a rock concert right? The entrance music for the fighters is enough for me. I am still waiting for the night when they announce some bad ass fighter, the arena goes dark and quiet, everyone waits for the music but instead the lights come on and the fighter is standing in the cage with a really cold blooded stare. I am a sucker for that type of drama. I have always liked the way Aleks Emelianenko (sp?) just sort of stands there disinterested before the fight.

As Seph Smith once said, “He looks like he’s waiting for the bus.”

Mark Calloway

He uses shitty versions of BJJ submissions as finishers.

Eddie Bravo would have a fucking fit if he saw Mark’s Gogoplata.

Luke! UFC Magazine is not like O Magazine!

I’m pretty sure that the information imparted by the UFC magazine will not kill you.

I’m also sure that even though Dana would love to get rid od Sherdog, he won’t use his magazine as a platform for the latest “cyberbullying” bill which is so vague, anyone with a blog into criminals. All to “protect the children”.

And last but not least, I’m pretty sure that Dana would give credit to Bruce Lee every page he could get his hands on while Oprah would rip off Lee every opportunity she can.

No. UFC Magazine will not be like O Magazine.

It’ll be more like WWE Magazine.

dude, i missed the part about him and Frank Trigg. is it true he made Trigg tap from a RNC?

Trigg’s RNC defence is up there with “Hello Japan!”

Other sites reporting that Din Thomas has been scratched due to sickness at weigh-ins.

Some late replacement named Mark Kergosien(?) is supposed to step in.

Could not find any information about this guy however.

It wasn't a disaster...

most of the fights were entertaining and aside from in-ring sponsor spots it was a reasonably decent show

yup.

it was pretty decent so it couldn’t really reach wargods standards, which really calls for more “intellectual” discussion in the comments. haha.
