Quote of the Day: Clay Guida, "I'm Going to Make Diego Sanchez Go Back to Welterweight"
"He has a style all his own. He's an awkward, unorthodox striker, comes out southpaw, which is kind of that old-school, Sullivan-style stance. It's about as awkward as he is
"He's very dominant as far as keeping a high pace. He moves kind of straight forward and in-and-out. Very explosive 1-2-3 combos in and out. Kind of telegraphs his leg kicks and things like that.
"I'm going to make him want to go back to welterweight once I'm done with him. It's that simple. There's not room for two of us in this weight class."

That’s the best staredown I’ve seen for a while.

And the best part is
it’s not some BS. Usually, two guys have intense staredown and then go get all defense. These two guys should bring that same intensity of the staredown to the fight itself.
I am looking forward to this one.
I'd just like to see Diego do his Bruce Buffer impersonation again =')
That was one for the HOF of impersonations and still my favorite!
Sanchez by mean muggin'
A wise man told me don't argue with fools
Cause people from a distance can't tell who is who
“I’m going to dry hump him into retirement” said Guida when asked how he expected to win the fight.
