Satoru Kitaoka at an open workout in Tokyo today. Kitaoka told the press that he's become more confident in his striking since introducing elbows to his arsenal, but that he still feels his role in MMA is as a submission fighter. The Sengoku lightweight ace returns to Pancrase this Sunday against Yukio Sakaguchi.
