A Mark Coleman that can kick :)
With Coleman and Bonnar are they basically just at opposite ends of the gyms.

without even playing the video
that looks like a lazy kick Anderson Silva likes to catch and then smash your face
all you gotta do is...

Nice interview. But where was Phill Baroni? I hope he stand in the corner once again. Epic pep talk ahead.

Coleman seems like a really nice guy, and I think he’s doing the right things to stay in the UFC. It’s going to be hard for me to pick against him, but I’ll be far from upset if he beats Bonnar.

I was rooting for Coleman from the beginning. I think this was a great interview – good to see him training with at Couture’s gym.

why is anyone thinking that Mark can still do this? he will gas before the first half of the first round is over like he always does. Too bad he wont be cornering himself so we could hear some epic instructions like “Do something!” and “Gotta work Mark!”

And yet he still hit Shogun in the face many times...
