voted for diego, but if he hasn’t adjusted to the weight cut yet, i could see clay giving him trouble with his pace. sanchez didn’t look nearly as explosive in his last fight.
I agree with this 100%.

wow

Guida uses his wresting almost exclusively, but Diego is a vicious wrestler/GnP’er – even if Diego tries to stand like in the Joe Stevenson fight, Guida will take him down, and Sanchez will outscramble him via size/strength. I like Guida, but I don’t see how he wins this unless the MMA Fairy gives him three wishes.

I love Guida, one of my favourite fighters, but he’s very undersized for 155 against a very, very big guy at that weight. Guida’s wrestling is his bread and butter, but Sanchez is a hell of a lot better than Nate Diaz in that department, and his striking will be much better than Guida’s (which lately seems to consiste of hooks that miss by about two feet). I just don’t see how Guida wins this fight unless he explodes into Sanchez for a take down and actually FINISHES HIM from top position.
"I'm AJB and I endorse this nut-puncher."
Guida’s only chance is to hump his way to a decision. Sanchez has many more tools with which to end the fight.

I picked Diego
But I think Guida has more than a chance at winning.
I thought Diego always kinda looked robotic, and he’s even a little psychotic, but hey it’s fight sport!
This should be a great scrap if it stays on the feet, but I see Guida wanting no part of that and I see him keeping Diego pressed against the cage while diego defends the take down, and there will be a few scrambles, but I dont see either guy finishing the other one.
all you gotta do is...
