I didn't know they are all exctly the same height!!

No, but seriously it would be a better picture if they showed them at their normal height so we could see the differences. Just a thought…

All guys on the left side are those whoa re favored to win..

the odds could swing towards bisping but i think hendo is still the favorite here…

i pick all the guys on the left, except for hendo..

Hendo was a 3-1 favorite at one point. Bisping wont get close to being the favorite.

Lesnar’s head is a fucking fire hydrant. Brock by non-spaz.

Alves has a weird head

Brad Ziegler had a scoreless inning streak. Brad Ziegler had not met BJ Upton.

Dana keeps pronouncing his last name like “Alvz” instead of “Al-vez.” I’ve never heard anyone say it that way before.

by Grappo on Jun 13, 2009 2:09 PM EDT up reply actions

It's closer to the correct portuguese pronounciation.

“Al-vez” is more of a spanish pronounciation.

Damn Hendo is ugly…but I don’t think Bisping will beat him.

by Kaleb Kelchner on Jun 13, 2009 12:25 PM EDT up reply actions

i think bisping wins via better boxing..

but he could grind it out and win via takedowns like the rich franklin fight.

The websites they make for the events just get better and better, hell, just the pre-site for 100 was cool. lol

My God, this card is amazing! Stacked from top to bottom.

My pedictions

Mir vs. Lesnar- Mir wins by kneebar. I just don’t think Brock has learned all the complexities of the groung game yet, but he will probably beat up on Mir for a good three rounds before gfetting subbed.

GSP vs. Alves- Alves will come in over weigth but GSP will take the fight. I am seeing a five round beatdown by GSP usiing his wrestling skills just to frustrate Alves.

Bisping vs. Hendo- hendorson wins by decision. Bisping will try to play the counter striker and get befuddled by Hendo’s clinch. I think the greco roman wrestling will be the decidingactor here.

If Alves comes over weight, it would be a non title fight.

by cyph on Jun 13, 2009 1:24 PM EDT up reply actions

beat me to it...

So it would be 3 round fight and not a 5 round fight.

I'm the kind of girl who loves to watch a GOOD fight!

If Lesner beats on Mir for the first two rounds I don’t see Mir making it to round 3.

Nothing like an epic clash for #2 HW in the world.

I dislike Matt Hughes.

*rolls eyes*

Until Fedor comes to the UFC, it’s all bunk. What makes Fedor so special that he doesn’t want to sign the same contract that all UFC champs sign? Machida, Penn, GSP, Machida, and Lesnar all sign the same contract. Since he doesn’t bring 500k PPV buys with him, I don’t know where he gets his clout from. If he’s the #1 HW in the world and unbeatable, why does he care about the cut clause for a loss?

by cyph on Jun 13, 2009 1:26 PM EDT up reply actions

What makes Fedor so special

A lot.

That’s what I thought. There isn’t a legitimate reason. Here’s one: Fedor’s management is afraid. If CroCop and Shogun, former Pride superstars can get beat by average UFC fighters, there is a huge question mark on Fedor. Most of the UFC heavyweights don’t have Arlovski’s chin. Just saying…
