Fedor On UFC, Affliction, And DREAM: "Regarding the relationship with Affliction - it's wonderful, and I hope it will stay that way. I don't have any relationship with UFC."
...
On this day it is completely unrealistic, since UFC is not answering any contacts. Vadim held the negotiations, but the UFC's offer was absolutely not acceptable.
...
Everyone who used to be in Pride, have crossed over to DREAM. I'm not excluding the possibility of fighting in the organization, but not in the nearest future, because currently I have a signed contract with M-1 Global and Affliction. And if DREAM's managers can negotiate the terms with my manager Vadim Finkelstein, I don't see any problems with fighting for DREAM.

Am I the only one who thinks Fedor is being used by Vadim? Don’t accept long term fight deals, go for the big cash promotions (bigger cut of the money for Vadim), and have Fedor signed to your own promotion. I’d love to know the full story, everyones side, and how much knowledge Fedor has of the negotiations.

You are most definitely not the only one. Vadim Finklestein is shadier than a back alley.
A man should never waste an opportunity to keep his mouth shut.
