Since the overseas shows always lead to a lot of confusion on how we will be handing the show I wanted to clarify how we'll be handing our coverage of UFC 99 on Saturday.
I will be liveblogging the event on the front page starting with the 3:00pm Eastern broadcast. The results will be on the front page as they happen. After a lot of thought we decided that something is no longer a "spoiler" once it airs on a broadcast that is available to anyone. So if you want to wait until the evening broadcast and do not want to be "spoiled" stay away from the site until you watch the card. Nate will also be providing his "fight by fight recaps" with the live broadcast.
I just wanted to be up front with everyone so no one has the show ruined for them if they aren't watching the live broadcast. If you are watching at 3:00 please join us for our live coverage, if you're waiting for the late broadcast come back once it ends to share your thoughts on how things went down.

Normally i’d be watching the replay in the evening (it’s a better time to get drunk), but i’m being kicked out my house for the night so my fiance can have her bachelorette party. SO bascially i’ll be here with you guys for the live broadcast.

Partly the angle of the photo. Kongo does have probably a few inches in height, a couple inches in reach, but Velasquez is also as wide as an aircraft carrier, and I doubt he wants to stand and trade with Kongo at range.

Agreed on Cro Cop, but I don’t see Velasquez having the body type to be able to do it. He’s massively bulky, and looks like the kind of guy who is massive muscles on a massive skeleton. It’s not like he’s carrying around much fat, and he relies on a power game.
