I saw Baroni training the other day at XC while I was in a boxing class, and he started grunting and shit. It was terrifying

Baroni would not need to train cardio so much if he lowered the oxygen requirement his body has to fuel his god damned olympian muscles.

But he is a great character & hilarious as well, I hope he does well.
