Way to go Nick! One day you’ll be featured on the front of a Weedies box.
Keep firing Assholes!

That was witty! It wasn’t one of those laugh your ass of type of things, for me, it was one of those, step back and think “Damn…damn…that was good”. lol

Nick is crazy running triathalons like he does, this isn’t a isolated happening…he’s always running in them. I’m curious if it effects his scheduled peak time when it comes to a fight?
He talks about it a little here...
Sherdog: You did a triathlon, what, less than two weeks out, before [the Frank Shamrock fight]? Do you think that’s something that’s good for training?
Diaz: Yeah, well… if I fall off, that’s not good. Then I fall and eat shit, and that’s probably not gonna be good. But I wasn’t racing like real racey-racer, I wasn’t going 100% or anything like that. I just wanted to get the points for the Xterra, just in case I do manage to get a couple more of those in, they’ll let me race on the pro day at the end of the year, you know? It’s no big deal, it’s just for fun, you know? It gets me in great shape, and I think that really helped a lot for my training. Except for that a couple days after that, I was tryin’ to tell— “Hey, I need a couple recovery days, dude, just two or three.” I don’t take days off, but you actually need a day or two to just kinda— And then my brother’s kickin’ my ass… and they’re like “what the fuck’s goin’ on?” But you know, I was burnt for just a few days, and then I picked it up, came back on ‘em pretty good once I started feelin’ better. Then I start feelin’ really good once it comes back to me.

His off-the-cuff prose is beautiful. It’s like he’s channelling Oscar Wilde.
But on the other hand, holy shit, triathalons are HARD. Respect.

He does triathlons all the time. Really it's amazing how much he loves to do them.....
He definitely has the best cardio in all of mixed martial arts. No one else trains cardio like he does. This is the reason why he can throw 297 punches at Frank Shamrock in 9 minutes of action!

Nick’s athletic prowess doesn’t really surprise me anymore. The fact that he smiled in at least 2 of those pic is what I’m shocked about.

I will have nightmares because of that pic. Not sure why, but I have a fear of tight shirts on dudes.
Fear of tight shirts on dudes and a username that ends in “oni” would seem to indicate…

Wouldn’t he like the tight shirts if he was from Jersey and Italian? All I know about Guido’s I learned in a sherdog.net epic thread and a couple of youtube videos so I’m far from informed. I do know they have more hair product than hair.
My sister was in Maryland doing masters research, and she saw a real live guido! She says it was on a balcony flexing and staring at the beach.
Keep firing Assholes!
It must be nice to have such low standards.
I know a pothead whose cardio crushes yours.
