he looked more ripped than i’d ever seen him before and i was like “wow royce has been seriously training” and then it came out that he’d been juicing and i was like “ohhhhhh”
Gracie Diet?
Are steroids part of the Gracie diet?
Seriously though, Royce is a disgrace…not just because he did steroids, but because his family is so outspoken about proper nutrition, natural body building, etc.
I wander what Helio thought about the whole ordeal?
Then he takes a stab at Shamrock….wow.
Always makes you look worse when you got caught and you deny it. At least Shamrock, whose image still suffered a great deal, is not denying it.
Does this make Sherk look better? I mean, more Gracie-like?

F#$% Royce Gracie. What a disgrace. Certain branches and members of the Gracie family, and many of the Gracie schools are nothing but good, humble people. Royce sold out his family name.
I'm going to have to trawl through some tape
I have an on-camera comment from Royce back in April last year; I asked him whether he thought that his suspension term was warranted, given that both he and Sean Sherk had tested positive for Nandrolone (both tests with the CSAC) at around the same time, and yet Sherk’s suspension had been reduced following an appeal.
I recall Royce looking very evasive on this issue and he said no, he didn’t think he’d been treated unfairly. He never protested his innocence either… it was almost like an admission of “yeah, I got caught…”
