Coker does it again
None of these fights matter but I’m looking forward to seeing almost all of them.
Sucks that they have to dredge up Mike Kyle though, that guy really should be banned for life.
Coker’s formula of guys not quite ready for the UFC, guys who had their UFC chance and catch weights of the few fighters that actually are relevant is an intriguing niche for them.

None of these fightes matter? AA/Rogers is a #1 contenders match to see who fights Overeem for his HW Title right? Pretty cool IMO. Kinda like Brock vs Mir doesn’t really matter I guess but its still cool since it’s for a promotions title.

from what i’ve read, arlovski is just on loan from affliction and it isn’t necessarily for a shot at overeem. but he still might sign with them after his last fight with affliction so we’ll see. that would be RE-DICK.

yeah
IF Arlovski and Overeem gets booked they’ll have something serious but let’s face it, Brett Rogers vs Arlovski isn’t much more than a tune up fight — its not even comparable to Nelson and Rothwell.

even though he’s just going to go in there and make rogers look like a scrub, he is essentially just trying to stay busy and fight whoever is put in front of him. he’s been trying to get a rematch with fedor ever since the loss but fedor’s camp has said no several times. i wouldn’t mind seeing him string together a couple of impressive wins before getting the rematch but i just REALLY hope it happens.

lol remember when kyle fought on that strikeforce/elitexc card and everyone was like "oooh look how scummy exc are they are using kyle’ and then coker was like ‘i would never use kyle’ and people really bought into that? apparently no one notices this time around.

Exactly, I pointed that out before but no one really cared then, and no one cares now…hahaha.

Well, if no one cares, then it must be OK morally.

Unfortunately...
that’s about the first thing I noticed. It’s a really good card, but I damn sure wish they weren’t using Kyle.

How come Nick Diaz is again fighting at catchweight?

$$$$
He’s one of their biggest draws so they need to use him where they can.

He’s just settling into Strikeforce (because he doesn’t want to fight in the same division as Shields), plus Strikeforce already mentioned that he will stay at 170 after this fight with Smith.

Strikeforce does it again very intriguing card with a lot of solid matchups. Can’t wait to see this!

It’s pretty frustrating to see Feijao go from co-main event to the prelims- I’m really eager to see him with some elite 205s.

He will fight Babalu or Randlemen after this fight, so no need to worry.

Great Looking Card
and all the fights matter since Strikeforce is looking to setup #1 contenders and champions in all their weight classes.

I don’t mind seeing Mike Kyle on a card if he is going to get destroyed.
