This might be the most breathtakingly stupid promotional video I've ever seen and I've laid eyes on quite a few amateurish operations. But this isn't so much amateurish as it is an abortion of an attempt to be relevant or interesting. I've heard some suggest Spencer Pratt is an adept promoter, but throwing the book at potential consumers by digging your hands into everything isn't going to work when you have positively zero talent and everything you produce devolves into self-parody.
If Kevin Casey is looking for attention, I suppose this is one way to go about it, but the damage Pratt is doing to Casey's name is not reversible. Then again, you're not helping your cause by spitting on Marc Laimon at grappling tournaments, so perhaps these two lovely creatures deserve one another.

Read the comments. There’s no way you expected any other outcome than what happened, which was people insulting the “white guy”, a meme and pictures of tits and ass.
I like you and your opinions a lot but if the creation of this post had any deeper merit than what I already said then please make it more clear. Because as you can see – and as I’ve already stated – I’m not the only person whose head this went over.

This video was hilarious (faceplant at 2:08), related to mma, and clearly worthy of over 40 comments now.
Does everything have to be so damn serious? It’s a funny attempt at a music video by a fighter, and the white guy in there DOES make himself look like an idiot.

I’ve been hearing about this guy and this Heidi for years now, and still haven’t a clue who they are and what makes them news; I don’t watch any of MTV’s faux reality shows. But if Pratt wants to get in on this most exciting of sports, I say “who doesn’t?”

I saw this idiot fight Andrew Flores at the Orange County fair “summerfist” and I was far from impressed with his performance. Funny how I instantly disliked the guy and after watching this video I knew the future held a reason :)

I don’t see the big deal, nor the hate for Spencer Pratt… The funny thing is “no one watches the shows” yet the only news of this guy being a douche is shit that a buncha girls say off the show… Other than that, he’s some wealthy young dude, who has been blessed with opportunities others haven’t… If i could somehow be famous, not worry about many financial obligations, and i was in my early 20’s I might be doin a lot worse than a reality show, and some dumb rap video… BTW, the song ain’t even that bad, he has a semblance of a rhyme scheme, and although he sound kinda stiff he isn’t off beat….

Obviously it ain't a great song
But i’ve heard much worse from “athletes” that venture into music…. I didn’t say that I was a fan, but more or less that this video didn’t illicit the same reaction from me, as it obviously did for others.
