Dollar dollar bill y'all. Team U.S. member Cameron Dollar passed by Team U.K.'s Martin Stapleton last week, while Team U.K.'s James Wilks knocked the teeth out of America's Frank Lester (literally). Oh yeah, and that whole "Where's Bisping?" (sans striped red shirt) angle? Turns out it was a huge bait-and-switch. Duder just took some sleeping pills to combat the oceanic jet lag which caused him to hibernate through Dean Amasinger's fight two weeks ago. Last week's preview promised someone hitting himself with a hammer, which should be enough of a draw to get Team Bloody Elbow to plop in front of their TV's tonight.
