My brother used to train at the same gym as Sherk (like a gym-gym) and said he would sometimes just stand there and watch in awe as he went from machine to machine just dominating shit.

That gas mask sucks.. In my old school, the head instructor (way too reckless) had us spar 2 at a time with those on. they weren’t painted in black like Sean’s was, but trust me you get claustrophobic enough without it. anyways, it was only a 3 or 4 minute round, but man was it psychologically and physically rough
