Tonight on "No Shit MMA" (live on http://www.thatchannel.com)

1st up - "Mr. International' Shonie Carter, watch as we try to get him to tell us all of his conquest stories (he has at least 3). Hopefully we can get some fashion tips and then get the DL on his 5 year plan.

2nd half - Chris Howie (head writer for www.mmanews.com), Chris will give his opinion on Dana White's recent behavior and tell us if he thinks Dana is crazy, an ego maniac or a marketing genius. Plus he has a good story about Matt Hughes, bet you won't guess this one (I'll give you a hint, he might be an a_s h_le ... can I solve the puzzle Pat?)

I like listening to MMA radio shows while I’m working, so I’ll defiantly check it out. I’d also be interested in hearing what MMA radio shows others listen to.

I’m really wish there were more MMA pundits who were capable offering insightful analysis of fights and fighters. It often seems to me that one reason why so much is written and said about the business and promotional side of MMA is that most “analysts” are not capable of discussing MMA beyond describing it at its most basic level: “Aoki got blasted by Sakurai” “Sherk has great cardio” “Goulet has a bad chin”. I have a few shows that I really love; the rest make me want to stab my eardrums.
