There is a lot of talk about the fans that are keeping the sport down and people are pointing fingers towards the “douchebag” type fans.

The fans that are keeping the sport down are the ones who dont pay for the pay-per-views and steal feeds off of the internet. These “fans” are the classic sherdog type fans that fantasize about the average looking woman every second they get, making several stupid refferences about there bodies. Its these fans that are damaging the sport.

Aside from bloodyelbow.com and fiveouncesofpain.com every blog or forum i go to i think im talking to 80% pornoholic freaks and 20% true hardcore fans that purchase the ppv’s and puts money into the sport.

When new fans search online for the sport and come onto a subject about how a guy recently got married and its just a bunch of “MMA fans” making fun of a couple, that turns people away.

THESE ARE DANA WHITES FOLLOWERS! They think that being jerks will make them more of a true “MMA fan” and its a crock.

These people insult everyone or anything at any given time without any substance and its not going to stop.

Great stuff on the Dana White issue. Man you are a real MMA O.G.,your passion for the sport is real. I hope you continue to educate people,on the fact MMA needs to be more mainstream freindly. In order too continue to grow,beyond the homegrown fan base.
