Luke, will you be giving away tickets again to UWC 6? If it all possible please make it a MMA related question so that us die hards struggling with funds have a chance to win them, not the 5th or 10th caller who might not even attend the show. Thanks and keep up the great work promoting the sport.

Not war machine! I am sorry but I must boycot this show. I love the show and have been listening faithfully but I cannot devote any attention to war machine. Though nobody besides myself cares what I boycott war machine, mtv’s real world and the Rite-Aid photo dept. are on my boycot list. no attention, no money, nothing from me.

The sad fact about Dana’s rant is that it adds weight to the arguments of MMA haters, and turns off the masses who knew nothing about MMA prior to this dust-up.

My father views MMA as a blood sport…while I disagree, and enjoy MMA for the technical excellence of the fighters, but based on the combative attitude of many of the callers and fans appear to follow MMA for the blood and violence first, and the skill and challenge second.

In no other sports organization would you see a CEO act in such a self indulgent manner. He has a big ego, and justifiably so, but he needs to get himself together or else he may contribute to the continued vulgarity, mysogeny and homophobia in the sport.
Keep up the good work…great site and show on WJFK.

I’m listening to the podcast now. It is crazy how emotional some of the callers get. It is a good thing that Dana has better sense than some of the people who called in to “support” him.
