Rashad Evans relays altercation with Quinton "Rampage" Jackson at UFC photo shoot.
"I looked at him and I was like, what, man? He was like, 'Rashad don't talk to me, man! Don't talk to me! Don't say nothin' to me! You don't know me! You don't know me!' The (expletive) I need to know you for?"

I’m so torn right now. I really like Machida but at the same time, I want to see Rashad fight Rampage.
I blame Mir for faking his injury.
Don’t worry. After Machida beats both of them, they can fight each other to be the number ne contender.

'Don't say that, Rashad'
You better worry about who you got in front of you, Rashad.

Because frank mir’s injury is the reason they couldn’t fight each other maybe.
That fight could have been a classic like frank shamrok vs Tito. But the hatred ain’t that deep, they are just still caught in the nigga moment, Imo it will fade away before the fight happens, except if something new comes up.
???
What does Frank Mir have to with this at all?
Arguing on the internet is like being in the special olympics, even when you win you are still retarded.
Mir got injured, so they had to move Mir-Lesnar II back and put another headliner in its place. Rampage was going to get the next title shot, but said he couldn’t make the quick turnaround after the Jardine fight, so Lyoto got it instead. Now Lyoto’s gonna beat Rashad (IMHO) and Rampage-Rashad will be devalued.

Oh, my bad then.
I was just extremely confused how Mir fit into this.
BTW-agreed that Lyoto will beat Rashad & then will beat Rampage.

I don’t see Rashad getting past Machida so I don’t see this fight happening which is very unfortunate.

It can happen after Machida beats Rampage.

The problem with that scenario is that Rashad would need to take a pretty quick turnaround fight in order to stay on the same fight schedule as Rampage (since the Rampage title fight is a pretty quick turnaround). Otherwise you have a situation where Rashad is forced to sit and not take a fight while he waits for Rampage to recover and vice versa.

Could be good.
This could be a good “fight”. I say fight because both guys have “ok”, rounded (not polished, but rounded) skill sets, but at the end of the day they are both all about power. In most cases when both guys use power moves (punches, kicks, slams, knees, etc) the fight turns into a knock down, drag out brawl, in other words not for everyone. I love watching guys with submission, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling, Sambo, Karate skills, but you never know what you are going to get when two hard hitters like these two step in the cage.
I see Jackson winning this fight (whenever it happens) because he has been around the block more than Rashad, but Rashad will have a punchers chance (nothing more). Also I don’t think Rashad has a chance against Lyoto Machida, so this fight (Rashad Vs Jackson) may not happen till next year.
Is it too late to cancel Machida-Evans and Wanderlei-Franklin
