Bisping comments on UFC 97 Main Event, bold words..
From Bisping's blog on UFC.com
Going off topic for just a minute... as a middleweight contender I feel I have to comment about the performance from Anderson Silva and Thales Leites from the weekend.
My teammate Cheick Kongo had another great win (well done mate!) on the card and I stayed up late to see him in action. I was very happy for him, I know how hard he worked and he richly deserves his success.
But I wasn’t impressed at all with the main event. You never want to disrespect fellow fighters, much less two contesting a UFC world title, but I think both guys should hang their heads in shame, quite honestly. Leites probably won the first two rounds but nothing happened in the fight.
I fought on the first card in Montreal last April, and the Canadians are tremendous supporters of the UFC. They deserved a hell of a lot better than they got from these two. I've seen more aggression from my fiancé when she hits the January sales.
It was very frustrating for me to be sitting on my couch seeing Anderson Silva, who keeps saying how he’s gone through the middleweight division. I would have fought harder than both of them put together, and so would a lot of other middleweights
Apparently not everyone is going to come to Anderson Silva's aid in this whole matter. It doesn't surprise me since Bisping wants to be a challenger to The Spider's MW belt.... but this is a bold move in my mind and I'm more surprised UFC.com let him put this in his blog. Should be interesting to see what may come of this since Wanderlei is calling Anderson out now.

Why? This is just shit talking & potential fight hype & we all know the UFC, or any other promotion for that matter, turns downs an opportunity to hype a potential fight.
Arguing on the internet is like being in the special olympics, even when you win you are still retarded.

The more I think about it...
You’re right… I guess I always considered Anderson Silva to be one of Dana White’s boys and he wouldn’t allow this kinda trash talk to be put on the UFC’s official site but considering how “embarassed” he was by this past weekend’s PPV… I can see lighting a fire under Anderson Silva maybe needed.
Anderson Silva’s comments in regards to what Wanderlei said in an interview he did on Tatame…. I don’t think Anderson Silva gives two shits to what anyone has to say about him and I’m very curious to see what it would take to light the fire in him again.
For all the talk and attitude… I’m a Bisping fan so I’d love to see him and Silva fight.

The Next Star
If Bisping beats Hendo, there is no reason why he shouldn’t get the shot. Okami lost out big time with Andersons last fight because the UFC will be very reluctant to put Silva against someone we know will be a boring fight. They need a marquee exciting fight to reminding the casual fan that Anderson is the most dynamic and dangerous person in MMA (whether you agree or not doesn’t matter because this is what Dana tells you to think lol!!haha)
Personally Id love to see Bisping beat up Anderson Silva, I’ve loved Anderson but his time on top is either over or he needs to lose to regain the drive to keep going. Anderson is plain bored and wants out now.

I really doubt Bisping gets passed Hendo. I would love to see Hendo rematch Silva and i would bet $500 he takes his belt! (I lost 250 when they fought, so that would put me up in the series})
