Great idea
They should make this UFC 101 “Chuck’s Goodbye Party”. Put another Silva title defense on the card as the co-main-event. That’s the only way people are going to watch Silva again.
Chuck deserves a proper send-off, but I see little point in him fighting again. It’s kinda sad if the last image of Liddell the fighter is him getting KO’ed by Rua, but hey, at least it was Rua.
A part of me wants to see an unequivocal, decisive conclusion to the Liddell – Silva feud. Sadly, that ship probably has sailed.
Have Chuck come to the cage in UFC 100 and announce his retirement for the world.
