Note that the cover acknowledges his WAMMA titleholder status.

By the way..
I don’t have the exact title for the book, but Babelfish translates it as
“Shinya Aoki’s Worldwide Highest Technician Synthesis Case Competition Introduction”

Kinda' funny...
…that on the cover, Aoki is screaming that Imanari is a pervert (and thus is punishing him accordingly).
Kinda’ like the pot calling the kettle black though, seeing as they’re best friends and talk about women almost as much as they talk about fighting (or rather grappling).

I'll do my best...
At the top, it says “Aoki Shinya’s MMA intro/primer.”
Aoki is screaming “HENTAI!!! (pervert!!!)” in the red dialog box.
The yellow text reads “The magnificent first/new instructional of MMA’s highest level technician.”
The part where I get a tad fuzzy is the white text bellow, where it talks about what kind of techniques taught: “Foot choke, rubber guard, needle-threading (I assume it’s a positional primer), Aoki-plata, twister, world (?)… roll up pervs in strange positions that even you haven’t yet seen until today!”
Apologies, since it’s a tad too colloquial for me.

A few additional notes on the book
It appears that the book is being published by the Baseball Magazine Co., which was established in the 50s and has been one of Japan’s most important and preeminent post-war sports periodical companies. (Obviously, they’ve branched out from just baseball since then.) Insofar as the world of MMA is concerned, they’re responsible for Kakutogi Tsushin, which is one of the major “martial arts as prizefighting” mags, here in Japan.
Also (and kinda’ unrelated to the above note), Aoki screaming “pervert” at Imanari while locking up that straight armbar is meant to be a kind of parody of women when they find themselves being harassed, I think.
I figured this just because it’s not something you’d typically hear or even imagine one dude saying or accusing another dude of being—rather, it’s something you imagine being screamed by a girl if she’s being fondled on the train, for instance.
Thus, it’s kind of a cute ploy to draw in female fans and consumers while humorously acknowledging the hardcore (and likely male) fanbase who already know just how pervy Imanari is.
