I rolled shirtless once and hated it. A t-shirt or rash guard never hurt anyone.

Rash guards are hot, but that part of the purpose. sweating is a good thing and the last thing you want to do is get cold. Kid Nate brings up a better point. Ringworm is real, but harmless, show these guys a few shots of impetigo or staph. When you are rolling everyday and get a bad mat burn on one area, it doesn’t heal. You can’t really give it time to heal and still roll enough.

Dress rehearsal?

I like to roll shirtless leading up to a fight to remind myself how slippery things are really going to be. Of course you gotta wear mma gloves and lose the shoes to complete the illusion. Cool shot though.

I can see why Carlos Condit wanted to move to this camp. Just training with all these great wrestlers is the exact training he needs to prepare for the murderer’s row that is the UFC welterweight division.

We’ve seen he has the sub and striking skills to handle a powerful wrestler in Brock Larson. Not sure how he’ll do against Koscheck or Fitch.
Should be competitive with Kampmann, Davis and Swick.

I got out of this one...

Not sure what to think about the shirtless comments. Probably shed them cause Tracy was there, but sometimes we just like to roll like that. The raping of me was kind of harsh. As you can see, former NCAA Champ Eric Larkin is in the Background with a smirk on his face, enjoying the larger/angrier Bader beating up on his old coach.
