If he take the fight, I’m gonna make a BJ comment again.

Great Vlog
Better vlog than before. I think the commentary was biased towards Jardine, but lets be honest Dana has more of an invested interest in Jackson.
As for him taking the fight with Rashad, he probably should have fought him on this card (96). Rashad and Quintin are very similar fighters, so Quintin has to be 100% for taking the fight.
I think Dana put him in an awkward position…….and I also think Machida might beat Rashad.
Very interesting predicament.

I think you might be the first person I have seen who doesn’t favor Machida in that fight that isn’t just hating on his style. Would be interested in hearing your reasons on that.

I don't necessarily favor Rashad, but I could easily see a Rashad victory
He is one of the very, very few people who could match Machida’s speed/reflexes, has excellent timing, and has demonstrated a level of power that Machida hasn’t (not to say that he might not have it too). He also has good footwork and is very adept at moving in and out of range. And although I don’t think that he has the jiu-jitsu of Machida, I think he certainly could have the wrestling to avoid the ground or get to a top position and work some ground and pound.
I really see that fight as a toss up.

I believe
Rashad is a tougher opponent for Machida then Rampage.
Rashad’s speed gives Machida his toughest test though until Machida is beaten, I don’t believe anyone should be favored against the Dragon. There’s a lack of a blue print to beat Machida. The only thing would be to counter strike as well and lose an ugly decision.

Takedowns defense, picking apart....leading to frustration.
First of all, I love both fighters (Rashad and Machida). I am also a huge supporter of MIXED MARTIAL ARTS. When it boils down to it, Machida effectively utilizes mixed martial arts in his fights. I truly believe that if Rashad had even some difficulties taking down Tito, then he has another thing coming against Machida. That plus a 5 round fight would lead to a very frustrated Rashad. Frustration which may lead to rushing and poor decisions. This I think is what Machida can use to capaitalize on.
I think Machida’s style is very unique and hard to train against. Anything can happen, but I think the battle will be just as much skill as it will be mental. We shall see!

Rampage needs to take the time off. He’s going to burn himself off if he only takes two weeks of rest.
