Vadim: “We noticed you’ve been missing a lot of work lately.”
Fedor: “I wouldn’t say I’ve been missing it, Vadim!”
If you're not submitting, you're just rolling around with another guy.

I love the eastern europe no frills gyms. A room, some mats and a few weights. You dont need an interior decorator to do affliction patterns on the walls and have marble floors in the entry. If anything these places give the comes from nothing mentality that keeps fighters humble and motivated.
Those are the M-1 global offices, I guess it keeps Vadim Finkelstein humble and motivated when he is making business deals too. Of course for Russia that place is pretty nice.
If your looking for a place that exudes the come from nothing mentality look at places like Freddie Roach’s gym. It looks like it came straight out of a Rocky movie.
on the link, there are pictures of guys training. Just a room and some mats. That and some motivated/knowledgeable guys is all you need.
And Rocky 4 proves you dont need high tech treadmills and steroids. Just a barn, log and a punching bag.
Dunno why this made me think of...

“WOULD YOU LIKE SOME MAKING FUCK – BERSERRRKERRR!”
I think it’s all the yankee blue jeans.
