I like that it’s a little different from the usual, but meh

That composition is terrible, and it hurts my neck just to look at it. If they were trying to make Leites’ nipple one of the focal points, mission accomplished

Me likes. A little different but change can be good.

The typesetting is f&%king it up, but the idea is nice.

im interested in seeing cantwell and stann fight…stann will be interesting to see how he does with a step up in competition and cantwell is a beast and i think he will do well in the lhw division

i know you have skills and all.. and no offense, but this poster is really good.. I have some pretty decent photoshop know-how too, but i know enough to understand that it takes more than that to work in that big a company..

especially when compared to this..

and making actual posters for big companies isnt as easy as creating random photoshop posters from google images.. You have to set up a photoshoot, take your own pictures, create your own textures, etc.. (ofcourse the UFC already have their own stock images, like the ones they blended in the background, but you know what i mean..). Plus you have to deal with the people above you giving the orders so they have the final say on things even if not all of them have good taste.. And actually The colors and blending they did in this poster is pretty good.

and with the old one, its crap.. I can even do a better job than that.. He used the same poses for fighters (which is really a no no), and with chuck smiling even. and just used simple smoke effects, which made them look like theyre hanging out in a steam bath.. haha.

oops.. the "especially when compared to this" and the ugly poster should be between the 2nd and last paragraph..

..by the way, baudelaire, you have some good skills too, would you by any chance have a deviantart account? if not, you should make one so at least more people would see your work, plus you’d surely improve with all the talented people there..

and its also always nice to see the progress you’ve made from like the first ever piece youve submitted to the most recent.. :)

This Card

Is stacked from top to bottom. I have been waiting for Kongo Vs.Hardonk for sooo long. maybe one of them will fight Pat Berry eventually

I’m really looking forward to see how Silva responds to his last scrap against Cote… I expect the old Spider back to his powerful, precision best…

And I just hope hope hope that Shogun turns up in shape, and has the tank to go three rounds – if it does go that far in the first place…

And also looking forward to seeing the Crow back in the UFC…

Should be a very interesting card.

Great Card.

However, I think this will be the effective end of Shogun in the UFC. The way he has been fighting, he is tailor made for a Liddell knockout.

However, if Liddell doesn’t knock him out, even if he wins, it should be the definitive exclamation point on his downward slide too.
