WEC 40 Posters

Nondescript and gray UFC photos leave me unengaged. The thrust from trying my hand at all these things came MMAMania, I guess. I like the idea of having unique pictures next to text. I'm not fulfilled necessarily with their end product or with mine; however, the attempt is something which I enjoy.

Adding my text next to whatever I make is something I might try later. Who knows. Maybe if I ever have something to say.

i like the 2nd one the best too. really simple but it says a lot.. :)

1 and 3 are nice as well, but i think what would make it reallyyyyy great is that if you try and edit the colors of the fighter too, so it would fit like the overall color scheme of the poster, maybe play around with the hue/saturation, contrast, exposure, or add a photo filter, etc…

again, i’m not hating, i really like it actually, i’m just giving my comments.. :)

now that looks gooood!

the miguel torres pic could’ve been clearer (or more hi res), but it is still bad ass, and that won’t be noticeable when they use it for the live blog thing..
