Ugh – Jungle climates suck. Heat + Humidity blows. However, it generally doesn’t get too hot down in Rio, Sao Paulo and Curitiba though because its on the beach. So I’ll go with… I wanna train outdoors right by the beach in Brazil :(
If you wanna train in the jungle… Columbia, Panama or Venezuela is a better bet. Sweltering FTL

I've been to Baja twice now.
You definitely want some shade when you train there unless its in Summer months like June, July and so on when its generally the rainy season. It is not too bad at night but I hope you don’t mind mosquitoes.
Combine that with the fact that everyone trains in a Gi out there so you better have some good laundry access.
The best was seeing trees nearby mountains catch fire what looked like spontaneously from the heat. Although the beach water is surprisingly freezing cold and damn refreshing.
