i actually didnt realize it was him until i saw the tapout logo and the wings.. (im not trying to hate or anything, it’s just that my first reaction was, cool drawing, but who’s tha…ohhhhhh… okay.)

..but damn, i wish i could draw like that.. i suck at drawing portraits of other people..

maybe if i saw the normal mask outfit and tattoos i’d recognize him immediately.. but i guess the artist wanted a more solemn and serious feel to it, rather than the normal copy-his-picture drawings. so i guess in a way it makes it more personalized that way..

Jury Awards $3.2 Million in Damages to Ex-Employee of TapouT: Michelle Thomas, A former TapouT sales representative who filed suit over a wage dispute with the action sportswear company was today awarded $2.4 million in punitive damages (plus $840,000 in compensatory damages) by a Los Angeles Superior Court jury. She maintained that she was not paid the commissions she was promised and was denied overtime for working as many as 70-plus hours some weeks during her eight months on the job. Thomas also testified that employees were told to pay out of their own pocket for any television subscriptions needed to view the company's show on the Versus cable network, called "TapouT," as well as pay-per-view Ultimate Fighting Championship bouts. Thomas said she was roundly criticized by a supervisor for not watching one required program on her birthday. She was fired in June 2008.

No plea deal for driver accused of killing Mask: "An Orange County judge Frida declined to offer a repeat drunken driver a lighter sentence in exchange for a guilty plea to vehicular manslaughter in the high-speed, alcohol-related crash that killed a prominent mixed-martial arts entrepreneur in March." "Deputy District Attorney Jason Baez argued that Kirby deserves an 18-year, eight-month prison sentence for "extremely gross negligence" in the March 11 early-morning crash on Jamboree Road in Newport Beach." ... "Defense attorney David E. Swanson also said "Mask" Lewis contributed to his own death by racing up to Kirby's 1977 Porsche in his high-performance Ferrari, startling Kirby with the Ferrari's speed and explosive sound. Kirby, the defense attorney claimed, was traveling at about 60 mph when Lewis approached at speeds in excess of 100 mph." ... "Lacy Lynn White, Lewis' girlfriend, was seriously injured when she was ejected from the Ferrari. She suffered broken vertebrae, a broken hip, and a shattered elbow, among other injuries." ... TapouT Training Center in Las Vegas Gets Robbed "If anyone has any information about the break-in or recognize the individual on the video please notify us immediately @ 702.838.2582.
