Today on "MMA Nation" we'll be joined by "The Legend" Frank Shamrock as he prepares to face Nick Diaz at Strikeforce on April 11th. We'll ask him about Ken Shamrock's steroid use and suspension, his game plan heading into his fight with Diaz and more.
We'll also catch up with Shamrock's opponent, Nick Diaz. We'll talk to Nick about Shamrock's comments about him, whether he continues to use marijuana and how he feels weight will or will not be an issue in his 179lbs catchweight bout with Shamrock.
