Following his three-round beating of Troy Mandaloniz at UFC 95, British welterweight Paul Kelly tells Setanta Sports that he'll "hopefully" be making the drop to 155 lbs. to contend for a title. The Wolfslair fighter's contract ended with his UFC 95 bout, but he plans to negotiate a new one shortly.
