Sergei Kharitonov: Confirms DREAM.8 - Thinking of Affliction or StrikeForce
Sergei Kharitonov: Confirms DREAM.8 -
DreamFighters.com: WIll you be fighting at DREAM.7 ? If not, do you know when you will be fighting?
Sergei Kharitonov: I will be fighting april 5th, I do not know the oponent yet!
DreamFighters.com: Are you still going to fight for DREAM, or are you wanting to fight for Affliction MMA, or the UFC at all?
Sergei Kharitonov: I will fight in Dream but if good offers come from Affliction or Strikeforce, i will be there. UFC likes exclusivity and this is not possible for me!

Well yeah
But there seems to be some uncertainty about his future. Dude probably stays with DREAM, if I had to bet.

Damnit, I want Kharitonov in the UFC. He’s very talented.

I kind of think he’s on a downward slope, though maybe he’ll turn it around.

downward slope?
he’s 16-3 man…
He won and finished his last 3 fights and hasn’t lost since ’06.
One of those wins avenged a loss to Overeem.
The only other two men that beat him are : Aleksander and Big Nog.
Only one of his wins was a decision.
Thats one way to put it.
Another way: he’s won 3 fights in 3 years, two of those were against mediocre or flat out bad competition, and he came in his last fight in terrible shape, which by the way is his only fight in almost a year and a half.
Its an opinion, who cares?

There’s no one in DREAM for GSP (or any other top three fighter in his weight class) to fight.

There’s no one in the UFC for Sergei (or any other top three fighter in his weight class) to fight.
I think you missed the joke…hehehe.

The joke doesn’t work because DREAM and the UFC aren’t comparable.

Or they build up Werdum for V. I’m sick of talking about profit. Zuffa Juicers can talk about profit all they want. I’m seeing MMA matches that a certain operation has never come close to producing. If Tom is funding this as hobby than it’s been worth it for all of us.
