I had the chance to train with Professor Ricardo at Gracie Barra and he is an awesome guy. Big and strong, but very smooth an fluid.

He filled us in on Frank and what he was like before getting into the UFC, training habits, etc…

Good to see he is back in the US, running his school in Cleveland.
